ABC7 will donate its proceeds from Snow Commerce's sale of this exclusive Phobik designed t-shirt to support the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation. Phobik is a self-taught artist native to Hollywood, California. From graphic novel illustration and fine art to murals and interior design, his artwork transcends multiple styles. Phobik draws inspiration for his original comic book illustrations from his personal experiences growing up in Hollywood. His artwork has been showcased in international galleries and his murals in Los Angeles have been archived by the Google Street Art Project and have been awarded recognition by the city of Los Angeles. Apart from having work in many private collections, Phobik has also been previously commissioned by LA Live, Gibson Guitars, Childrens Hospital LA, TJ Martell Foundation, WePlay Co., MTV and the Los Angeles Public Library. Aside from solo work, Phobik also works with Smile South Central. This non-profit community project focuses on beautifying the streets of South Central via murals that help provide a positive, communal atmosphere.
